Aalborg Hotel Apartments is located in a quiet residential area close to Aalborg University, Novi and Gigantium. Aalborg Centre is a 10-minute drive away. In the neighborhood you will find grocery stores close by.
Arrival:
Check-in: From 15:00.
HOW IT WORKS:
On the day arrival of your arrival, you will receive a text message with your personal key code. The key code is used to open the door to your apartment.
When you receive the text message with your personal key code you are automatically checked in.
NB: Please check that the provided phone number is correct.

Departure:
Check out: 10 am – latest!
If you want to stay longer than the specified time, the price is as follows:
From 10:00 am -12:00: DKK 200
From 12:00 and later: Depends on specific conditions.
On the departure day you will receive a new text message with a link, which can be used to check out. If you don’t use the link, our system automatically checks out all reservations at 10 o’clock.
We kindly ask you to start the dishwasher ( on the ONE-HOUR program ) and leave no dirty glasses or plates behind when checking out. Furthermore, please remember to take all trash with you.
It is important to comply with the above-mentioned times and rules in relation to our cleaning and preparation of the apartment. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 50€.

We strive to be cash free, so if you wish to pay in cash, please be aware that we do not have change. Payment therefore needs to be done with the exact amount. We only accept DKK

We also offer cleaning for you during your stay, such as weekly cleanings with or without linen service – just contact our administrator to hear more about prices etc.
In our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments we also offer extra beds and cots.
Extra bed: 200 DKK á piece
Cot, highchair and nursing pillow: 200 DKK – per apartment
We are unfortunately not able to provide this in any of our studio apartments.
In each 1- and 2-bedroom apartments there is a combined washingmachine and dryer
Studio and Studio XL all have access to a shared laundry room. All usage is free of charge and no booking needed.
Laundry detergent, soap etc. is not provided, but can be purchased at the nearest supermarked.
Removal of waste is your own responsibility. Underground waste containers are placed by the parking area. Please be aware of the garbage sorting. It is sorted by the following:
- Normal trash (food etc.)
- Paper and carboard
- Plastics and metal
- Glass bottles
Bus no. 14 stops just right in front of the hotel. Use the bus stop on the opposite side of the road, for the fastest trip to the city center (about 20 min.) Bus ticket can be bought with credit card by downloading the ‘NT Billet’ app. The bus stop nearest city center is ´’Nytorv (Østeraagade/Aalborg).
In case you brought a car, the city center is just 10 min. away and highway E45 can be accessed just a 2 min drive from the hotel.
You can free of charge borrow a storage room with your own personal padlock during your stay. The room is approx. 5 m²

Storage rooms are located in the basement below the reception.
Apartments no. 01-28 – Venøsundvej 1
The sheds can be used for storage and secure bicycle parking, so your bike is kept safe and dry overnight.
Feel free to contact our administration in case you are interested in either offer and they will help you find space and give you access to everything you need.
Please note that the sheds are not isolated.
Each apartment has its own mailbox. In case you wish to receive mail during your stay please contact administration so they can inform you the specific address for your apartment and put your name on the mailbox as well.
There is an obligatory DKK200,- deposit to be paid for the key.
- No pets allowed
- No guests after 11 pm.
- No partys or loud music
No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on the premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.
How to cancel:
All ongoing reservations can be ended with current day +5 days’ cancellation notice.
Example: If cancellations notice is given July 15th final move-out date is July 21st.

All apartments are modern and fully furnished to a high standard. They are decorated with high quality interior. Damaged items or furniture will be charged on departure.
There is a fitness center approx. 1 km from the address.
If you are in the mood for golf. Ørnehøj Golfclub is only 5 km away.
