Practical information

You book your stay online via our reception. You find the link for booking under ‘Apartments’.

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. We do our best to be flexible regarding requests for early arrival and late departure times. Please make such request as early as possible.

You will receive your keypass on SMS and mail

Settling of accounts takes place via our reception. You will receive an invoice by e-mail.

You will find free parking at the address.

Aalborg Hotel Apartments is located in a quiet residential area close to Aalborg University, Novi and Gigantium. Aalborg Centre is a 10-minute drive away. In the neighborhood you will find grocery stores close by.

Next to Aalborg Hotel Apartments is a bus stop. Bus No. 14 runs every 15 minutes to Aalborg Centre.

Locked storage option for bicycles in front of the apartments

If you wish to receive mail at the address during your stay, you can change your address for that apartment (check the door sign on the apartment). The mailbox is located on the side of the building.

Duvet and pillowcases, sheets, towels, tea towels and dishcloths will already be in the apartment when you enter the door.

You have the opportunity to purchase extra cleaning. You purchase extra cleaning by contacting our reception. Cleaning on departure is included in the price.

Removal of waste is your own responsibility. Underground waste containers are placed by the parking area.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Violation of the rule results in an extra invoice for extraordinary cleaning of the apartment. Guests may smoke on the apartment’s terrace/balcony.

All apartments are modern and fully furnished to a high standard. They are decorated with high quality interior. Damaged items or furniture will be charged for at departure.

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

There is a fitness center approx. 1 km from the address.
