Receptionist – Full-Time Position at Aalborg Hotel Apartments
Are you service-minded, organized, and thrive in a varied workday? Aalborg Hotel Apartments is looking for a receptionist to play a central role in our rental of furnished apartments to both businesses and private individuals.

We offer 74 furnished hotel apartments rented out to both companies and private customers — from one day to several years. The apartments are located at two sites in Aalborg Øst, 500 meters apart. The reception at Tornhøjvej 10 is the primary workplace.
🔹 Aalborg Furnished Apartments

We provide 29 furnished apartments for long-term stays — typically from one month and up. These apartments are located throughout Aalborg and Nørresundby, but the daily workplace is still the reception at Aalborg Hotel Apartments.
You’ll become part of a small, dedicated team and have a varied workday with customer interaction, administration, and coordination — including cleaning, quality assurance, and follow-up on the condition of the apartments.
About you:
Experience in customer service – preferably from hotels, property rentals, or similar
Systematic and independent – you take responsibility and think ahead
Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
Comfortable with IT and proficient in Excel – knowledge of booking systems is an advantage
Have a car and are ready to handle urgent incidents (rarely)
Practical skills are a plus – e.g., replacing a showerhead
We offer:
Full-time position (37 hours), working hours 8:00–16:00
Weekend duty every 3rd–4th week with a compensatory day off the following week
