One-bedroom XL apartment

The apartment is 55 m² and includes an entrance hall, kitchen, living room with dining area, one bedroom, toilet, and bathroom. The kitchen features light-colored cabinet fronts and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooktop, and convection oven.

The living room in our one-bedroom XL apartment is modern and minimally furnished with a display cabinet, sofa, coffee table, and a 43” flat-screen TV. From the living room, there is access to either a furnished 5 m² balcony or a 10 m² terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, and a 43” flat-screen TV.

We believe in creating a comfortable environment for everyone. As a tenant, you are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere—excessive noise is not permitted. This is a non-smoking apartment.
